Whats with all the SIG's for sale?

I have been noticing a lot of sig's for sale lately on the EE. Whats up with that?

Are guys replacing them with something else, simply selling unused equipment or because they dont like them?

in three pages of WTS on EE pistols forum, I've found 11 SIGs for sale vs 9 Glocks for sale... not a big diff comparing with resale price value btw these two manuf
SIGs are the ones I'll buy always!

Just a coincidence, I would guess. If you are after a SIG, wait for moments like this...supply is up, good deals more likely to appear.

That is how I got the SIG I shot for a bit.

I can't see it. Closest I can see is a 229 SAS. Which although it has a dak trigger is not the same as a 229 dak.

I love it, very accurate! Mines a Carry model so I like the size too.

Sig's are great guns and are very common. Therefore you'll see them for sale on the EE, as there are tons of them out there. Whether guys are upgrading, need money for bills or another reason is not apparent.

I think the biggest issue is the strong Canadian dollar and the price drop for a base 226r and Elite models. Upgrading to a higher end model or a new pistol is more affordable now than in the past.

It's a question of numbers, There are more SIGS and Glocks that anything else, so more for sale

And a lot of people want to upgrade to newest model and get rid of the basic one
