OK, so I was loading Winchester once fired (by me) 9mm brass and everything was fine, than I grabbed a box of Remington 9mm brass (1f too) and continued reloading (didn’t adjust/change the dies) But every load has an excessive crimp on one size and none on the other WTH?, it actually appears that the bullet seated on a slight angle…and almost every load is like that. What’s going on here? Everything worked fine with Win brass.
is it OK to shoot it?

Although I'm not sure what the problem might have been, I would not recommend using Remington 1f brass over Win. I was comparing two 1f cases the other day, one from Remington, the other from Win, and holy crap was the Remington ever filthy. I'm guessing it's because the Win was Win-Clean, and with their lead and heavy-metal-free primers, the cases are left looking pretty decent after once firing. BTW, why the hell doesn't Winchester make lead and heavy-metal free primers for consumers? The ones in the Win-Clean rounds are, so why can't they box them and sell them apart? Even their website states that they do not offer lead and heavy-metal free primers for sale to consumers at this time. WTF???

any dirt in the shellholder? this could make the cases not be exactly centered especially if the rims are a bit wider on the remngton brass.
alos the rem brass may be longer/thicker so you have an excessive crimp. i've occasionally shot slightly dented .45 ACP brass and it was OK but the prsssures are a lot lower in.45. never tried it with 9mm but with the higher pressures i would pull the bullets & start over with less crimp

i know for a fact that the remmy brass is thicker, although it shouldn't make any difference to the bullet- i shoot all kinds of 9mm( inc ivi) and never seen a difference- i'd be inclined to dissasemble my seater die and take a look in there to see if there wasn't something stuck or should't be there at all- like a mess of bullet lube - maybe a little more "bell "to your cases is where i'd start and lighten the crimp-and ck the shellholder/plate to make sure it's clean ( toothbrush) and lined up
