When did RC German Milsurps start showing up in Canada?

Anyone know - would have been refurbed the same way as what we now call Russian Capture?

The Yugo refurbs and RC are not refurbed the same. Neither refurb method is pretty, both rode hard and put away wet, compared to an all original factory matching Mauser.
