Any of the sponsors have these or some other store? I'd like to get a dozen to 18 or so.

They'd be used with my Mosin Nagants.

I've checked a few and I remember seeing some at one of the sponsors a couple of months back but now I can't seem to locate them.

I bought some from a local store - and all four didn't work for me.. They are too tight and the bullets can't slide. I'm sure I might be able to force them open - but the design isn't like the sks strippers (for the ones I bought anyway).

Not to hijack - but are mosin stripper clips supposed to be similar in design to the sks strippers?

I bought the ones from Tradex and they work pretty good for me, not sure if theyre as good as original ones but so long as you lift the first round up a bit and then push the rounds in they work great.
No theyre not like the Sks Strippers, theyre suppose to come out around the rim and the sides of the case, check out Youtube to see how theyre suppose to be loaded

Thanks for the suggestions so far.

EDIT; quickly checking both sources shows that Tradex is the clear choice. Just gotta see what else they have to make the order a bit more worthwhile.

I've read that you want to find ones that have sharp bends (right) and reproduction ones (left) are not as sharp and are more difficult to use.

There are some on ebay. I am not sure of their quality/performance. The problem there is, you are paying more for shipping then you are for the clips.

I have a question of my own. Are the ones that are straight sided (like tradex sells) better then the ones with the little clips on the end? Also, does anyone know where to find soviet wartime canvas or leather ammo pouches? (not the post war pouches that they all come with nowadays) Or for that matter, Finnish or Chinese bandoliers? Or Polish postwar leather or canvas? http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinAcc.htm#Stripper Clips Bottom of the page. Basically anything but the ones they come with.

Chinese ammo i bought years ago come in clips, blued steel and brass. Steel work good but brass are not stiff enough to hold cartridges properly,i bent them a bit but doing so fews times, clips end up breaking....
