Where can I buy a vortex venom CZ shadow 2 mounting plate

The older I get the more trouble I’m having seeing the sights so I would like to mount a vortex venom red dot on my CZ shadow 2. Where can I get the dovetail mount that replaces the rear sight.

Not sure about that Toni unit ? It doesn’t specify shadow 1 or 2 hmm?
Toni products are top notch. I have there grips and Magwell sweet!
