Where can I buy Burris Signature Zee Rings in/around Toronto?

Like gth said, maybe try a mail order house. If you can find some they won't take long to arrive, and the cost of postage is probably less than the cost of the fuel you're burning driving around looking for them. Try Wholesale, Russles, P&D, SIR, etc.
 
I bought mine from P&D. They fit great. Just give them a call and see what they can do. Customer service is number one at P&D.
