I want some classy furniture on my 858 not that beaver barf composite that it comes with. This topic may have been addressed already but I haven't seen it on the board.

Any help would be great. Otherwise I am going to have to make some myself and that is going to take some time.

People please DO NOT pm me about these. When they are ready for sale I will post it!

Yes they will be for sale soon, with a variety of wood, finished or not. It all really depends on how everythin goes. Some new pics will be posted once I get a camera again.

Maybe you should have put the 'do not PM me' line above the pics, because I almost didn't scroll all the way down...

I like that you went with the AK style for the buttstock. Me want a lot.

If you get them out soon enough I might resist the urge to tacticool the heck out of mine. I would save money!

if you are willing to wait it out till who knows when i would go with

Yeah, I wrote them last week. They say they're in the final cutting process, whatever that means for the ETA. They were quite evasive on the 'AK style' for the buttstock. And buying Canadian has its worth. So does buying CGN!

Of course you can also buy Czech. They have a set with a sort of A2 stock and a weird 'FSN style' handguard on sa58.cz.

I dont care what ironwood says, good luck getting it through customs

It would depend on the price of the set.

It might force Canadians to buy the stock and handguard separately to stay under the $100 limit.

Still, bfiles, now that I've seen your work you're clearly ahead in my book.

With all the aftermarket CZ parts that are being developped in Canada, it would be a shame having to rely on the States for a decent wood furniture set.

Thank you. You will be kept in mind when the first batch is ready to roll oout.
Not to mention iron wood makes fantastic wood sets but the vz has been in the shop for them for over a couple of years now. It wasn't until January that Ryan was ready to start sample cutting his. Who knows how much longer that could be
