You can buy Krieger barrels in Canada. Criterion is owned by Krieger... I don't see why I could not find a Criterion in Canada...

How the hell my 1903 have a Criterion barrel ? And I cannot find a P14 CBI barrel...

Do you know guys, they also make a No4 Mk1 barrel... This can be very interesting for a sniper No4T project !

Did you ask in the Precision Rifles forum? Those guys are much more dialed in to the custom barrel manufacturers and the intricacies of getting what you want in Canada.
