Where can I find a ATN Digital Ultra Sight Bright Light Filter?

I purchased an ATN Digital Ultra Sight which a reflex sight/similar to a CMore and it is great except in bright light. Apparently there is a "bright light filter" available to screw onto the lens, as the scope is threaded. I have found these online for around $25-35 but no one will export to Canada because it fulls under ITAR as "night vision" which it clearly isn't.

Any ideas on where I can get something like this?
