Where can I find a Derya MK12 Shotgun in the Halifax, NS area?

I'm seriously considering buying one and fast before the Trudeau Liberal government decides to ban them first.

I'd really like to get my hands on one to see if how it fits/handles first though. I don't really need to fire one first, just handle it a little before I put my cash down.

I'd also like to purchase one locally if possible as long as the price isn't ridiculously higher than the Canadian online supplier are asking.

So, does anyone know of a local Halifax dealer who has one behind the counter that I can check out?

Cheers and thanks.

Im not sure about halifax or even nova scotia for anyone having them in stock. There is a gun store in NB that may have them but the name isnt coming to mind.
But i own an mk10 you can handle and or fire if you wish. We could meet at stanley rifle range as its only a few minutes from my place. You bring the ammo and you can shoot as many rounds as you want. You just want to handle it, ill bring some ammo so you can try a mag out.

Consider the Final Defense Hurricane FD12 as well, same price as the MK12 :) http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=01206544486995196423

FD12 with Grizzly Gunworks Defcon 1 Muzzle Brake: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=58492203052983745082

You can get 10rd mags for both (Uzkon AS46 pump mags), they actually hold 11 rounds of 2.75" shells. No last round bolt hold open but other than that they work flawlessly in the MK12 and FD12 (and F12 and probably of bunch of others).

You'll love it when you shoot it, just go ahead and put your money down already!

Evan is talking about Mcadam gun near Fredericton. They have them in stock but its almost a 5 hour trip from Halifax. Don't know of a closer place, sorry.

Thanks for the suggestions and pointers.

Special thanks to Evanguy for the kind offer to try his Mk10. I'll get back to you if I can in the new year. I've never shot at the Stanley DNR range but I know where it is. My reserve regiment (The Princess Louise Fusiliers) trained in that area a couple of times over the years.

I'v been to the Gun Dealer in Macadam once too. I try to drive through Macadam when I'm in that part of the country to pay my respects to one my soldiers who is buried there. The Gun Dealer is certainly the largest gun dealer, based on floor space, that I have been to on this side of the 49th parallel. I just don't get to that end of New Brunswick often.
