Where can I find a K31 Swiss Rifle

Hi guys I’ve been looking all over for a k31 I really want to find this rifle but it’s so rare these days....

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!!!

There are at least 12 for sale in the EE right now .

That's interesting. I've been shooting Swiss schtuff since I was at school back in the early sixties, and I don't recall ever seeing a mis-match K31. Non-matching bayonets, yes, but not the actual rifle itself.

Well back in the day, rifles were released as surplus from government stores, and they had been refurbished to armoury standard before being put into storage. Now rifles are purchased from individuals, gun shops and gun shows. Times have changed.

Go for k11, the same quality and almost half of the price of k31

My 'mismatch' k31 from CSC was simply a non matching magazine, and at half the astronomical price being asked by some in the EE. The rifle shoots great and I enjoy the 100m sight setting on the k31 which is not present in the k11.

Best price would probably be a mismatch from Calgary shooting Centre. Call them up, they'll pick a nice one for you.

Of course I would expect their supply to eventually dry up and then you'll be buying from other owners at a higher price.
