Where can I find a new civilian Chinese SKS

A couple of year ago I believe Cannada Ammo was selling new civilian Chinese SKS's.
Does anyone still have these rifles i stock?
What do they sell for on EE?

I heard they were good shooters, far better than Russian SKS.

Military chinese sks are better quality than new norinco production.

Canada Ammo was selling military Chinese SKS rifles.

The civilian rifles were brought into Canada and the USA in the 1980s and 1990s at the same time as the SKS-M and SKS-D. They aren't as well made as the military versions and they are not more precise / accurate.

If you really want a civilian SKS rifle exported by Norinco get an SKS-M or SKS-D from the EE, price runs about $400-700. I doubt most owners will even differentiate between military and civilian when selling them.

Marstar is selling military version Chinese sks.
You will see a massive thread on it where people are crying and $hit posting on the huge, unfair, pricing (/sarcasm).

I agree, $300 for a brand new rifle with huge quantities of ammo in stock at low prices... OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE.

Get one from Marstar today, they may be sold out by tomorrow.

I would go Chinese Military or Russian before I would get a Civvy Chinese SKS. Generally not as well made so unless you need for collection purposes go with a Mil gun. Just my opinion. And yes I own some, 2 Russian, 1 Chinese Mil, 1 Chinese Civvy (M Model) and a Poly that I really don't know alot about.

Check out this site. Has a lot of info on the Chinese commercial SKS's. I find it biased to the US market. I know some of what came to Canada is not included, but will give some info. h ttp://chinesesks.weebly.com/
