Sage Int'l. advised me there is a Canadian distributor in the works and forwarded my interest several months ago. Sage did not identify the distributor and I have not heard from them. I suggest you contact Sage direct and ask them -Perhaps if all of us interested did so - the pressure might get a result :)

Hi Lads,

I may have inadvertently stumbled on the supplier. Researching the Sage EBR stock, some one noted that Clyde Armory (https://policeguns.com/) was a seller.

Here's the details of an email sent to them:

Sorry, we are not allowed to ship to Canada at this time. We are in the process of
attempting to set up a Canadian distributor, but probably several months out from
completing all the proper paperwork required.

Thanks,

Sent a subsequent email asking if it was possible to be added to a contact / notification list of when they are setup, but have not received a response to that.

Cheers.

Does it have to be SAGE EBR and non-chopmod? I just happen to have one but I like it so much you aren't getting it from me. I may go a little further and show you some pictures of it. Just to rub it in.:D

If you can settle for Troy then get in touch with CQBServices, Joe may still have some left.

This is the email reply from Sage Monday December 8th:

Thank you for inquiring on our EBR Stock. However, at this point we do not have a distributor in Canada. There will be one in the next few months. I will forward your information to this distributor, he will get a hold of you. If you have, any other questions just let me know.

Thank You,

Good to know that there's some effort in trying to get their kit to us up North.

If you hear anything, please let us know.

I hate you :p

but damn do I ever respect you....

Awsome rig man.

how do you find the weight?

i'd kill for some more pics.

weight is a bit on a heavy side. Good sling helps but not essential. The only trouble with weight is slow rates of acceleration when swinging it - I missed black bear this season because of darn thing being so slow. Nearly stepped on one, when bear bolted from 15 yards away and at my 9 o'clock by the time I had my finger on a trigger and safety off and my sore ass turned in that direction all I could see was bush closing behind bear. But then again weight of whole rig makes shooting 308 so much more pleasant. I say it is more of DMR rig than CQB.
