I looked high and low for mine last year. Ended up importing it from Arms East’s US inventory.

I don’t know about .260 REM, but many companies seem to have CTRs in stock. Googling Tikka CTR Canada yielded many results with what appears to be in stock product.

I gave in and went 6.5CM, as much as I didn't want to. Had to buy dies and brass for it even though I'm swimming in 260 stuff.
