The days of surplus 7.62 are over, unless somebody finds a warehouse full somewhere. Reloading is your cheapest option at this point.

Before you run out and buy the Russian made stuff, make sure your club allows FMJ's.
Where is your town that Crappy Tire sells CRATES of ammo? They do not in Ontario.
What 5 on-line sites? Buying ammo on-line gets expensive fast too. Shipping costs will negate any cost savings.
The days of cheap ammo of any type are long gone.
