Where can I find Mosin Nagant sear

I found some available on the bay from Latvia and Poland. Am I able to import those kind of part from other countries?

Had to order one from ebay out of Latvia last year.
Most firearm parts are easily ordered in without much fuss or paperwork from most countrys, its the USA that's picky about what leaves their's
