Where can I find replacement wood for my Enfield No4?

First off, walnut or birch? English rifle or Canadian? On ebay, there's a gentleman in England with "new" old stock (unissued) birch complete with barrel bands. I've done several Long Branch restorations with walnut, and the stocks and proper Canadian barrel bands are VERY hard to find in decent condition and priced accordingly. Lot's of luck to you. It's a very rewarding experience to take a "bubba'd" piece of history and have 'er looking as good as factory new.

Numrich has most of the stuff. Do not get the used for ends as they have been pretty bad. The NOS is pretty good.

I noticed that Sarco has complete No.4 Mk.1 stock sets for $69.95, they also had a full M1917 stock set too that just sold.

Yup, thanksmkrnel. Indeed some stuff in the States are easy to buy and cheap compared to the prices asked by a few folks on CGN. IF Sarco has the stock kits for $69 in stock, with shipping and even with import taxes it's still cheap - maybe total $125? And the ones I got recently were in decent shape.
