Where can I find this Streamlight mount in Canada?

Hi all,

I like the look and simplicity of the Streamlight REM 870 Tactical Flashlight Mount 69906, but tried to order it from OpticsPlanet (US) and they canceled due to US export regs.

Is there a source in Canada, or a dealer who can order it in from Streamlight? I've checked the Steamlight page, and the closest dealer they list is in Buffalo, which is no good to me.

Any ideas?

I got mine from Brownell's. They had no problems shipping it up to me. It's a great unit BTW.

I'm not sure from the pic, but I've got a very similar streamlight mount on my 870. 911 supply in Calgary sells them.

Interestingly enough, I had to dremel the mount to use it. It was just a hair too thick to fit between the barrel and the threads on the mag tube.

Thats strange, I also ordered from OPTICS PLANET (Laser range finder & Blackhawlk sniper drag bag) and they shipped to Canada no problem. This was only last month, they shipped right to my front door via UPS to Ontario

Yeah, I thought so too. But Brownell's shipped it today, no issues at all, so I'm inclined to forget Optics Planet.

To me the mount is equivalent to a sling. It doesn't help the gun function at, all, and simply allows me to attach something to it. Oh well.
