where can i get a BATES & DITTUS PRODUCT TBL-37 launcher ?

hello guys, i need help with two things !
one is, i am thinking about getting a TBL-37 launcher and turn it in to a M79 launcher. so far i can see, only TBL-37 is the one that i can get it close to real thing.
second is, i found an used ACR in USA with really good shape and good price. i want to import it from USA. where should i go ask for help ?

Can't help with the launcher.

I wouldn't bother with the ACR. "Tactical" style rifles (folding/collapsible buttstock, flash hider, etc.) are very difficult to export from the U.S.
