Where can I get a Manners or Mcmillan stock for a tikka last question.

Manners will ship direct.

Robertson in Ottawa has there Tac for the T3 and the Silhoutte model for Tikka T3.
and its not a painted stock Gel Coat probably 10 times harder than paint finnish
manitou

I bought it off another CGN member who posted original cost as $70 for air shipping + list cost at Manners site which shows $475USD. The Tac-Pro Kydex cheek riser which is for an HS stock, was added after the fact and retails for $50USD at Tac-Pro's site.

X2!!!

I saw one of these up close and personal last fall and they are impressive. I'd go Robertson in a heartbeat.

Pick up the phone and call them. I realize in this age of crackberries and anonymous text and forum messages, the idea of actually speaking with another human is intimidating, but you will have all your questions answered and more.

Nice looking rifle.

Thanks! I'm sure it looks vaguely familiar.

For the record, the majority of the aftermarket bits on this rifle came from Wild1's Tikka Tactical when he parted it out. This would include-

Manners T4 stock /w Tac Pro cheek rest
EGW 20MOA rail
US Optics rail level
Bolt knob w/handle
Near brake (not pictured here)

Optics are Leupy #67990 Mark 4 8.5-25X50 w/illuminated TMR reticle, M5 turrets and Alumina flip up caps
Harris swivel bi-pod - for now as it was living here unemployed

Thinking about a bottom metal upgrade but choices in 300WM are not plentiful.

The rifle and Leupy rings are also EE finds from other great CGN'ers. Thanks guys!

Ohh man I want one of those Manners stocks for my 700!

I know what im buying when the time comes! You guys say they ship direct to us Canucks?

Careful man, it would suck to send away you cash and get an empty box in the mail with a note from the US CBP giving you an invite to explain what the heck you're doing and that you are in violation of US law.

Why is it that everytime someone speaks of ordering anything from the US another person just has to jump in and start off with the whole you won't get it across the boarder, you are not allowed to do that, etc. etc.

Perhaps try contacting these companies to determine if they have the proper documents (and if they are even required) to ship to Canada first. A very large number of items can be ordered and shipped without issue and you won't end up in some form of nasty prison for doing so.

Now that being said, personally I would rather keep my dollars in Canada and purchase from a Canadian company rather than the US whenever possible. But, there is absolutely nothing wrong with having options available to you should you wish to go that route.
