Where can i get a stock for Win. model 12

This may sound real stuuupid, but here goes. Years ago when my grand pappy passed away I got his guns. One of them was an old Win. model 12.
Is this the same gun? It breaks down and goes in a cloth case (also came with the gun.)
I recently bought a used Win. 1200. It looks simular but dosen't break down as easy.. I guess they are both basic entry level pump guns.

Western gun parts sells Model 12 stock replacements. They are rough finished and may require "final fitting by a gunsmith" (depending on how handy you are with wood). I bought one that I'm very happy with. The wood was decent for the price and it required very little work to fit properly. In my case, all that was needed was some light sanding to smooth out the chisel marks around the pistol grip, a tiny bit of carving so the trigger guard fit properly, and stain and finish to taste.
As I recall, it cost about $100.
