So I've tried a posting in the equipment exchange asking for a Mossberg 500 7+1 Magazine tube, spring and follower. I didn't get a response which didnt' surprise me because it's not that common for someone to need a magazine tube etc.
I then ordered the magazine tube from two different Mossberg Factory warranty centers (both in Ontario) and both of them have failed to deliver the magazine tube. I repeatedly contacted the first source after the four month estimate on delivery lapsed. I can't even get a return phone call anymore. At the 7 month mark I ordered the same part from another source who also still hasn't got the magazine tube 5 months later.
I find most Canadian suppliers so "mickey mouse" in their organization that I strongly suspect that they neglect to order things and use the typical excuse that they use that parts are hard to get out of the US. I don't believe that excuse since Questar, Wolverine and Marstar always deliver anything they promise to order. Does anyone know where I can buy this part?
