It's a Beretta 92 Elite -- Gun Week has a nice write up on the Elite II here. Not sure what the difference is between the Elite and Elite II if they're still made or not -- I could find no evidence on Beretta's website. There's a .40 96G Elite II listed in the EE right now.

There are no more Elites being made. If Beretta would pull their head out of their ass and make more, they would a ton.
Elite vs Elite II: Elite had black barrel and slide standard crown. Slide was Brigadier style. Elite II had longer barrel (only slightly) that had a nice target crown. Slide and barrel both stainless. Both were G models. Extended mag catch on the Elite II, more flare to magwell, and better checkering on front and back of grip.
