Where can I get Promo gun powder?

As the title says, where can I get Alliant Promo gun powder?, no stock in the few stores I looked in the Vancouver area. For 8 pounds of powder, mail order IS an option.

Higginsons in Ontario. Sorry just checked their price list...Promo not listed but Clays is... which is a much cleaner powder if you are loading shot shell that is
 
Try Hummassons in Ancaster Ont. They are cheaper. Probably $100 plus Tax. For 8 lbs.

I'll look there, "cheaper" is the keyword. I want it for 12ga and 45acp. Clay may be better or cleaner, but is not cheap. Thank you for the info anyway, is always good to learn about other sources.
