Where can I mail order reloading supplies in Canada or purchase them direscly? I live in Southwestern Ontario. I need cases, cast bullets, Winchester or Hodgson powder and CCI, Winchester or Remington primers. Thanks for your help and all your previous advice.

Your best bet would be Higginson's. Andy is great to deal with and with the possible exception of the cast bullets, should have all you are looking for. Try www.higginsonpowders.com for his info...

If you are in the K-W area you could try F.M. Shooting Sports.
He operates out of Galt Sportmen's Club on Wednesdays and Sundays. His prices are decent and he can do most of it if not all. (Unsure about the brass).

His current cast prices are under $60 for 1000 lubed 180gr .40 Truncated Cone.
He usually carries Various Hodgdon powder, and specializes in Lee reloading products.

If you really want mail order. Higginson is the place.

I would pick up powder at your local gun store. If you're just starting out you don't want to order order 20lbs of some powder you never tried just because someone told you it wouod work. And it would cost WAY too much to ship just a couple of lbs. ;)

I get my press and dies from SIR mailorder (in fact I just ordered for .45 dies and auto prime from them couple of days ago). They have good prices and you only pay 6% tax!

As for brass, if you didn't save the cases from factory ammo you can get once fired from Marstar or post a want to buy ad here.

2nd the Higginson Powders.

Great service and good prices. Reloading equipment always in stock. Powders and bullets... depends on which ones. Hornady gets backordered sometimes and Varget is never in stock no matter where you go so they don't have any either. Like every other place, when they do get some, it goes fast.

Don't know how well they do on shipping, though. They are 1 hour away and on the way to my Ma's place in Ottawa so I always call and then stop in instead of ordering.
