Where can I source 1 inch weaver low extended rings?

These need to have an extended ring up front to accommodate the scope tube. The bases on the 99 Savage are Weavers with the cross bolts slot in them. I looked at Cabela site and a few others, but to no avail.

I have 312 Weaver and Redfield mounts, still in original packaging. Bought them 10-12 years ago at a going out of business sale.

Weaver has an extended ring set, but they are not low at all. They are actually quite high.
