Where can we find Acid Nitric and Hydrochloric?

Well, I doubt you can get your hands on Nitric Acid.
Nitric acid (and curiously, Sulfuric Acid) in combination are used to make low-grade explosives, powerful oxidizers or priming compounds. With hightened awareness (read paranoia) of anything "questionable" in today's world, I doubt you can buy it without significant justification.

It may now even be a "controlled" product, much like Ammonium Nitrate fertilizers, etc.

Huh? What kind of fearmongering is that?

Yes, highly purified nitric acid is used for making everything from (the obvious) nitroglycerine to RDX. However, making such explosives successfully and in any combination of quality/quantity is probably out of the reach of most individuals so misguided as to try to do so. In fact, although there are tons of recipes out there for making high explosives in books or on the internet, there are significant reasons that home grown terrorists have never made any real quantities of their own high explosives: it isn't practical. It's also incredibly dangerous.

Which is kind of beside the point. The kind of nitric acid that you can buy is not suitable for manufacturing explosives. It is suitable for the many, many other legitimate purposes for buying nitric acid. It is sold in 9# (one gallon, but it is sold by weight, not volume) jugs. It is relatively safe to handle so long as you take reasonable precautions - look up some safe handling tips for handling acids, like always pour acid into water to dilute it, never the reverse, etc... Wear a respirator, splash apron, gloves, goggles, etc...
