Where can you get a Leupold 3-9x rimfire?

These are the current Leupold rimfire lineup...
FX-I 4x28mm Rimfire
VX-I 2-7x28mm Rimfire
VX-II 3-9x33mm Rimfire EFR

No problem finding the 28mm size but where in Canada can you find the 3-9x33mm and at a reasonable price?

VX-II 3-9x33 rimfire ...$419, gloss (in stock), matte not available.
