Hey folks, I already have a Savage Stealth 6.5. A buddy is interested in one. I looked through the site sponsors, but did not find any. It seems Savage is pushing the Ashbury rifles, as thats all thats left, maybe cause they are expensive. Any around??? Thanks
 
They’re around, Wanstalls and Cabelas both have stock.

Don’t know that Savage is pushing one or the other, vendors stock what people are buying. I’m not the most well travelled fella but three PRS matches last year and I didn’t see any Stealth or Ashbury rifles. The RPR seems to be the big draw for entry level shooters, and the Savage guys seem to prefer the FCP, BVSS or police rifles.
 
Cabelas seems to only have the 308 version. I did see that Wantsalls had some and passed on the message. Thanks.
I really like my Stealth so far, but do not shoot PRS.
 
It looks like a new model is coming out, likely part of the reason why its harder to find. New model is heavier slightly, has a Magpull PRS stock, Bronze cerekote, and a massive long rail. ( uglier in my opinion. )

This is whats happening now. There are some Gen 1 Stealth's around, but a lot of them are being phased out for the new Stealth Evolution that is out now :D
