Where do they sell handguns in the GTA?

You can just buy it online and have them ship it to your door.. allot less hassel ect but going to a store is good too you can actually touch and see them..

The instant my PAL gets issued I want to go and touch some 22 handguns, because that will be my first or second purchase. Where is the closest store where I can do this? I have checked Le Baron's and Bass Pro but I don't think they sell handguns (not in the GTA locations anyhow).

Or if no stores are nearby maybe at a range I can go and hang out and look at other people's toys if I ask nicely?

Ideas? Thanks in advance

williams arms will be closer to you then ellwood eps its in port pery

Also, if your willing to make the trip.... You could always consider Accuracy Plus out in Peterborough. Mark and Jeff are great guys and can help ya find what you need/want.

Getting started

jack-o-ted PM me, if we can make arrangements we can go to my club and you can try .22 and .44 revolvers and/or .32 and .45 semis.
Let me know.

Cheers, Will

jack-o-ted,

That is an offer you shouldn't refuse. You can read all you want and should, get lot's of advice from people that care, and you should, but getting your hands on as many guns as you can can't be beat. There are a lot of variables that you can't consider without actually handling firearms. Every one's hands are different. Your tolerance for recoil is an unknown; if you are like me you might actually enjoy it. Guns are built differently and made of a variety of materials which affects they way they shoot. What one person likes and swears by may not suit you at all. As I said in an earlier post, you should do your best to predict the future for yourself as far as guns and shooting is concerned. Buying mistakes are expensive and that's why Will's offer is so valuable. If we were close, you would be welcome to do the same with me. I have four handguns, five different calibers, extra barrels for my SIG's and so could show you quite a range as they are all different in the way they feel, in weight and most important how they shoot.

Be safe, have fun and stick with the "winners"

Definitely will drop by. Finally, a dealer that carries Norma Oryx Ammo. As a bonus, they are on my route to Williams Arms too.
