What with the new name I was just wondering if we were allowed to discuss our RED (Chinese) made shotguns here? They do have their own rifle section after all

Any time a new section is added, it needs tweaking, but in this case, your answer is an obvious yes, provided they are of the tactical, not hunting nature.

If I was to cut down my winchester 1200 and add a pistol grip is it still a "hunting" shot gun? Don't mean to highjack just wondering, as to me it would be totally useless for hunting. But could be a hell of alot of fun.

I think that would be a "competition" shotgun (there would be a huge cut down 1200 "competition") and as such should not be discussed here
