Just woundering where guys store you powder or primers? Basement ,crawlspace ,garage, 1st floor etc...... ever worry about moisture in basements/crawl spaces etc.........

Basement, I generally don't worry about moisture. The containers are pretty tight, plus there are stored in a box. If humidity rises, I just run the dehumidifier for a few hours.

I store my powder & primers in an enclosed wooden cabinet in my reloading area. I like to keep them away from moisture, heat & direst sunlight.

I'm not sure any of you have seen humidity until you have been in mill bay.

In the new plastic containers, humidity isn't a problem for powder. Primers are another issue altogether. For primers, sealable packaging is a must in humid conditions.

Heat, not just sunlight can also be a real problem, dry or not. The same can be said for variations in temperatures.

Ball powders seem to stand up better than extruded to all conditions.
