where in Canada can I find cheap lowers?

I have a friend who has a small business and can't really aford a Ar right now.
He has asked me if any dealers have a cheaper lower right now so he can at least get his name on 1 because as we all know the next 4 years are going to be very bad for gun owners.

CSC had some polymer lowers (stripped) for sale for $39.

Keep an eye on the EE thread. Otherwise it's going to be around $100 for a stripped lower and i'd recommend going with Aero Precision. Although if he isn't going to shoot it and just wants to have it on his docs, anything works really.

Most everywhere is out and probably holding their breath until December is done. Get on the EE and pick one up there - I've sold two in the last month to fund other things. There's usually one or two.
