Where is all the 7.62x51 ??

Winchester white box has 7.62x51 ammo which I believe is a mild steel jacket coated with copper. 147 grain bullet in 7.62 brass for about $1.00 per shot at WSS

Europe and NZ, Philippines, etc. Most of this is military ammo, rather than civi, although the last batch we had was packed for US civi sale.
