Dunno, I'd search the dealer forums.
Sure they can be had for less than that.
I seen one posted for $290 and couldn't type fast 'nuff.

Condition is everything and options this one has it all . Usually the 290$ beaters R at the $850 price . You can allways buy the rare 16ga model 21 for $10.000.00 or the a5 20ga for $2000.00 lots of options

Had a sweet 16 and it was a hard sell. Took it to 2 shows in Alberta with very little interest. At $350 I thought it was right. It went to a friend in South Carolina, he
resold after a couple years. Worth lots more in US.

All on the interest or perhaps geographic location. I've seen some sell here for what I thought were high prices - higher than the one on the EE.

There are still collectors here and they will pay what they are worth even state side pending condition. It is like old cars however MINT means different things to different people and those collecting want MINT safe queens normally which are hard to find from looking for one for years not nice hunting guns. Nice hunting guns will get bumped in the EE at $850 from watching them
One or two pm's IMO mine would be sold but then I would not own a A5 anymore not even one
Then again if it wasn't a 16ga mine would be gone long ago since I am not a A5 fan
