Where to buy 1 1/4"-12 Bolts (in Ottawa)?

Probably a few years. 
Seriously - short, 2", and I would be willing to cut one down.
I'm making a cast bullet sizer for my RCBS Rockchucker. Drill a 0.590" (15mm) hole through it and you're done. Got the 15mm drill, need the bolt.

im sure i can find some...you are talking of just regular threaded rod?do you need the nut,s?give me a length you need,its free so take it while the goings are good....you might as well have a spare piece in case you muck up the first one or two ..postage will be your cost for it..

edit to add...i just saw you just need the hole in the middle ...so solid unthreaded rod of use also?

If you can't get some rod from fogducker, Fastenal on Industrial Ave beside the Harley dealer will likely have both rod and bolts in that size. They prefer to sell in bigger batches but will sell a single bolt that size if you ask nice.
How close to being .590" do you have to be? If you've got to be real close, it might be better to drill it undersize and then ream it to correct dimension. Or you can drill it undersize and then drill it to .590 and it should be within a few thousands if your drill bit is decent.
