Where to buy 14.5" CHF DD or Spikes Tactical Barrels in Canada

You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal on DD barrels other than Wolverine. They are the DD importers/distributors in Canada and an awesome company to deal with. Their DD barrel prices are almost at par with Brownells., actually cheaper since you don't have to apply and pay for an import permit. Spikes Tac, you can try Questar but don't think they have any in stock.

Questar usually has Spikes barrels but they seem to be out of stock.
Try Tier One Armoury in Edmonton for DD barrels. You need to email them as their website doesn't show everything they have.

I got my Spikes 14.5 from Fabsports. They don't currently have any in stock and haven't for a while but you could email them to see if any are coming in anytime soon.

Wolverine is where I got my CHF 14.5" pencil barrel.
Only issue is that it was a midlength rather than carbine and the gas block was not tapped for the taper pins as it was for some ### low profile thingy.
$50 at the gun smith and now I have an A1 gas block on her

I wanted a 14.5" pencil barrel with carbine length gas tapped for a standard gas block.
But beggars can't be choosers in this Communist country Sir. Wolverine prices for DD barrels are great currently and their service is second to none.
Hope that helps.

I sent an email to wolverine to find out some info on this DD barrel. http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/de...fense-AR15-145-556-Nato-Barrel-Midlength.aspx

Their descriptions are brutal. The main DD write up says "available in multiple configurations which includes barrel only (stripped); barrel with front sight base; and barrel with low profile gas block." So what am I getting here anyone know? Is it a LW, Government or M4 profile? The pic says may not be exactly as shown lol. Welcome to Canadian AR15 parts life...smh

I bought the Daniel Defense 14.5" carbine length gas system barrel on my build. Groups are GREAT for a battle rifle. 1 MOA capable. 300 yard hits on steel plates with an EOTech are simple once you figure out your POA/POI. I highly recommend these barrels and will definitely be buying another one for my next build.

I can second the quality of the Palmetto barrels. I have a 16 inch CHF pencil barrel upper with mid length gas, and a 10.5 CHF on my shorty. The barrels are made by FN in NC (same city as PSA).

Talk to Phil at CTCS... He'll hook you up!
