Try Dlask Arms, I was looking at a Remington 870 14 inch that they have. If you get lucky, they may be able to hook you up or point you in the right direction.

I'm pretty sure that the US is not letting short barreled shotguns out anymore unless they are going to a friendly army or police force. What does this mean? Your local gun store cannot order one for you because the supply has been cut off from the US. So you either need to find one already in Canada for sale (likely a used privately owned one) or a country that still exports their short barreled shottys here.
