Does anybody know where to buy ammo 6.5mm x 284 for targetshooting in Canada or Ontarion

Probably not anywhere.Its a caliber that you are going to have to reload yourself.

Appears to be factory loaded only by Norma and Nosler. Neither brand will be cheap. Nosler ammo runs $54.90US.
Black Hills, Stateside, loads it too, but that doesn't help.
Reloading is your best bet for any odd cartridge.
