Where to buy CQ 311's?

hey guys i was wondering if any shops still have norinco CQ 311's in stock? The old school or newish versions are both acceptable.
 
there is no newer ones
they were made at one time in the 80,s for the talaban paid for by the US to fight the USSR, but the war ended before all of them got shipped.
so anything you find will be old stock at best.
But there is talk that Dlask will be brining in new M4 style guns for china, but its dlask and who know how long..... if ever..

and dlask dont reply to your questions, so we wont find out much details from them. i wanted to know about m4s too.
