Where to buy Fabarm plugs? Found em.

I am trying to track down somewhere to order some sites, or possibly a rail for a fabarm 12g?

Aren't they using LPA sights ? Not seeing them on the LPA webpage but pretty sure that's what is on my Fabarm.

I don't know much about these shotguns... And I don't have it front of me so Im kind of going off of memory, don't have model number.
Do you know where to order any rear sites? Or the plug size?
