They have some of the last Soviet Built SKS45 rifles in the country exported out of the Ukraine before the #### hit the fan. They have crates of the rifles and have hand selected a few 'unissued' rifles for a reasonable price (under $300). Be aware that the definition of 'unissued' rifles is fairly misunderstood. A good example is of late production rifles which had an electro penciled serial number on the butt plate. Some of these rifles can be found in this 'untouched' condition with electro penciling intact. However, many were on racks in storage for years and the butt plates were somewhat worn. Sometimes these were butt plates were buffed and reblued or dabbed with paint. This results in an 'unissued' rifle that has been 'touched' but may not bear any arsenal refurb marks (I have a rifle like this for sale).
Another rumour is in regards to the box and the diamond arsenal marks. One marking is to denote an arsenal refurb (rifle was probably used, refinished and often forced matched), the other marking is an arsenal 'check/approval' marking. The rifle may be 'unissued' or lightly used and simply it was inspected and perhaps some paint was applied to the butt plate or other minor work done and then the rifle was marked/approved. This leaves you a rifle that is 'touched' but may very well may be 'unissued'.
I received a 'unissued' laminate rifle from Lever Arms after their Christmas Sale last year and I can confirm that it was not only 'unissued' but it was also 'untouched' (late rifle with the electro pencil on the butt plate).

Sadly most SKS rifles for sale are out of Molot (Russia) but are forced matched, refinished and definitely issued at one point with rust etc.
