You may want to look at the webley alecto which is available at d&l airgun, replica airguns and a few others. Its pneumatic so is good in the cold.
Here are some others you may want to look into for grouse.
Weihrauch hw40 i have one of these and quite like it.
Crosman 1377 or 1322

I bought the Weihrauch hw45 from D&L Airguns a few years ago. Strong enough to dispatch a few pests. 22 cal to keep the velocity down. To my hand it feels close to a 1911 grip wise. Great quality.

I started out with a 1322 last year to take grouse and ptarmigan. It works well, the only down side is the pumping for repeat shots. I limited out on grouse last Sunday when I walked into a flock of them, they just watched me shooting them till I had my limit. I try to keep shots within 5m but I've taken them out as far as 20m. I'd like some thing that reloads faster but I'm hunting in very cold weather so CO2 is not likely to work and I don't really trust spring guns in the cold either. I'm always interested in new options so I'll be watching this thread.
