Where do you guy's buy something like a Long Branch No.4. in the BC. Fraser Valley Jack

Your best bet is to check the Equipment Exchange here. Most shops in the GVRD have milsurp sections, but stock is generally spotty and things like a Longbranch will get snapped up pretty quickly.

I hate to give up my so far decent source but Reliable Gun seems to get a fair amount of Enfields and such on consignment on a regular basis. I just bought a really nice Savage No4 Mk1 there for 450$ a couple weeks ago. Prices depend on what the owner/consignee is asking. Hope this helps.
