I'm new to reloading and looking for a good deal on my equipment. I don't think I'll go for the cheaper kit, looking for something of better quality. From looking around online, it seems that even with exchange and shipping cost, I can get a better deal south of the border. Does anyone know of a good (cheaper) Canadian online site?

WS probably has the best prices in Canada. The benefits of being a huge franchise, I suppose. Plus, you may not have to pay shipping (if you live close to one). Although I'd bet that they'll be out of stock on at LEAST one critical item you need.

I personally can't stand WS, so I order reloading stuff from Cabela's whenever feasable.

I'm guessing that WS stands for Wolverine supplies? Just noticed the top of the page! And Cabela's was the cheapest I could find also.

Maybe it does't mean Wolverine Supplies. I couldn't see anything about reloading on their page.

Higginson is probably the cheapest in Canada. The website in not the greatest though. They will e-mail you a current price list if you drop them a message. remove the space between the w's.

Check out the RCBS Rock Chucker Suprem Master Reloading Kit at Wholesale Sports (they do mail order too) one of the best made single stage presses on the market, definitely one of the best starter kits (just add dies and components and you're pretty much good to go) and the absolutely best, no-question-about-it, customer service and guarantee in the industry. RCBS stands 100% behind their products for the life of the tool, not the owner! They will replace of repair any part or tool that breaks or wears out, no questions.

If you are looking for a progressive set-up, check out the Dillon 550B. Its a great machine and a number of contributing dealers here on CGN carry Dillon products.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Best bang for the buck and will work very well. The Lee Anniversary set with a Delux die set. Hodgdon powder, Hornady bullets, CCI BR2 match primers. Give Andrew at Higginson a call.

He usually has great stock and is very good to deal with.
