Where to buy this 44 mag cast bullet?

While not making that exact bullet, MT Chambers makes quite a few dif. bullets for the .44 including the LFN and WFn, some with the GC.

Best bet is to buy the mould yourself and cast yourself some up. It's really not that hard to do.

I Cast a Lyman 429244 GC 255gr cast with Wheel weights.
It comes out of the mould at .430-.431

Or something very similar...

Lyman catalogs it as #431244GC and it is a 255 grain semi-wadcutter bullet with two shallow grease grooves as well as a gas check.

There is a guy locally that I deal with for almost all of my cast bullet requirements and he has a 250grGC, SW that I get for use in my .44Mag handgun loads and in my Marlin 444. I'm not sure what mould he's using but the bullet looks very much like the Lyman SW # 429244GC, which is a Ray Thompson design. His quality is good and prices very reasonable. If you're still looking for a source, PM me and I'll send you his contact info.
