.223 or 7.62x39? Wanstalls has the .223 in FDE and Black. Frontier firearms has the chrome lined 7.62x39 in Black. I own a .223 and have the AR mag adapter. It's a great NR rifle.

Hi X2guy, can you let me know which adapter you ended up buying? was it the metal B&T adapter or the plastic ZAHAL? if you could let me know, that would be great as I am planning on picking up a 7.62 CSA VZ and installing a magwell adapter.

All three type are bastardized with AR stock to please North American taste.

Yep, I'm reasonably confident that 7.62X39 will work in the vast majority of SKSes.
