Where to buy Winchester StaBALL 6.5?

Hey all. Curious if any Canadian retailers carry Winchester StaBALL 6.5 powder. It's got pretty impressive velocity reports for the 6.5 Creedmoor (hence the name I imagine) and it's supposedly not very temperature sensitive...

I tried googling it and came up with only links to reviews and US merchants.
