Where to do the Fur Harvest, Fur Management and Conservation Course?

Looking for first-hand recommendations on where to do the course? I am located in SW Ontario (Stratford area) but willing to travel for the best instructor etc. or maybe it is best to do it as local as I can, as that's where I would like to trap...

For sure, I can see the full list online, just looking for personal recommendations from people that have had great experiences with specific instructors etc. If the hunting licensing is anything to go by, I am sure there are good and bad.
