Where to find 700P Hex screws and wich torque value to put?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for hex screws to put on my 700P, do you know where I can get them online?

Also, wich torque value to dial when reinstalling the stock?

Brownells for sure but postage will be a killer!
Torque to 60 INCH pounds if there is an aluminum V block or piller bedded.
